Procedure

Recipe calls for mashing at 154, but I ended up hitting around 156.  Stirred with the tun left open to bring it back down to 154.

Special Procedures

Cut tap water half and half with Distilled.  I used 4 gallons of distilled in 10 gallons of water total, so 2/5 distilled.
