Ended up at about 6.5 gallons, and about 1.061. Boiled an extra half gallon of water and added to wort, bringing gravity to 1.058, which is much more in line with what I ended up with last time I made this.01/05/2012 Gravity is 1.015. Raising temp to 55 - Diacetyl Rest 01/06/2012 Raising temp to 60 - Diacetyl Rest 01/09/2012 Dropping temp slowly to lagering temp. Dropped to 56.
