Ferment at 62.

I only have .5lb of Crystal 40 in stock, but I also have .5lb of Crystal 20, so I’ll just use those together instead of 1lb of Crystal 40

I didn’t notice that the alpha acid on my Northern Brewer was 9.5 as compared to the recipe’s 6.5. After 5 minutes of boiling, I removed about half an ounce of the hops from the hoptraption using a large spoon. Dropping 15 and 1 minute additions to 1.25oz.

Appearance: 3 / 3 good amber color, fairly good clarity, light head retention
Flavor: 14 / 20 moderately malty with slight to moderate hop flavor
