Trying a sour Blonde experiment with the Windsor yeast and wild bacteria from the wild Mild experiment. Boiled 2 qts of the last runnings of the Blonde with 10 pellets of 4% AA Hallertauer for 30 minutes.5 gallons got Kolsch yeast (WLP029) - straight up blonde ale - FG 1.010 Kegged 6-11-11 5 gallons got Burton Ale (WLP023) - strawberry blonde - FG
